The 2016 COSD FULL ACCESS Student Summit in Cambridge, MA will be held at the Hyatt Regency Cambridge located at 575 Memorial Dr, Cambridge, MA 02139.
Hotel Accommodations for student/alumni attendees are provided by COSD- do not make a reservation at the hotel for your stay. All reservations will be managed through COSD. The Hyatt Regency Cambridge is willing to provide any accommodations you may need. Please make note on your FULL ACCESS Student Summit application of the hotel accommodations you may need.

Check-in and Check-out Procedures at the Hyatt Regency Cambridge
Attendee summit check-in will begin at 10:30am on Friday for the FULL ACCESS Student Summit. While COSD pays for your hotel room, your own personal credit card must be provided for parking or possible room damages. The cost of room nights will not be charged to your card, only additional charges that you may incur. When you arrive, visit the front desk and give them your name- letting them know that you are there for the COSD FULL ACCESS Student Summit. There will be a COSD representative at the front desk to answer any questions you may have. The Hyatt Regency Cambridge normally begins room check-in at 4:00pm. When you arrive, your room may not be ready to enter. If it is ready, you may go up to your room and drop-off your luggage. If it is not ready, you may leave your luggage with the hotel concierge, and complete hotel check-in after our opening session. Our first event will begin at 12:30pm, make sure you have checked-in with COSD prior to 12:30pm to receive your nametag and agenda.
All attendees must check-out of the hotel by 7:30am on Saturday - prior to our first events to avoid hotel room charge which students are responsible for. If you did not bring a vehicle to store your luggage in, you may leave your luggage with the hotel staff at the front desk. You may not bring luggage with you to the breakfast.
