WHAT IS FULL ACCESS?
These exclusive events brings together up to sixty college students or recent alumni with disabilities and ten select national and regional employers for a networking and education summit. FULL ACCESS is not a career fair.  It is not an opportunity to interview one-on-one with an individual employer and there should be NO expectation of a job offer from an employer at the Summit. 

WHAT ARE THE GOALS OF FULL ACCESS?
* Students become comfortable when talking with employers;

* Employers will have a better understanding of college students and recent graduates with disabilities;

* Encourage employers to include students with disabilities when developing Corporate Diversity recruitment plans.
